lovely bones

When Susie's father says that the penguin is in a perfect world he means exactly what he says. He says this because the penguin is in the snow and that is where the penguin belongs. I think that since Susie can't do anything about what is happening on earth that she feels trapped. Susie doesn't see her heaven as a perfect world since she isn't with her family.

Jordan approached the plate as he was watched and laughed at. He was beside the plate trying to play baseball with a football. He quickly and carefully ran inside the dugout. There he found hairy and smelly dog and an ugly cat fighting. Wow! He exclaimed. Picking up the bat he diligently began trying to impress his grandma by winning the game. It looked as though Jordan's team would lose, but out of nowhere his grandma yelled, "go get em' Jordan." She was quickly looked at and she distracted everyone. Jordan hit a home run and the team won. They all went to Dairy Queen where Jordan ordered a big and nasty cheeseburger and they all lived happily ever after.

Shakespeare language

I sing thee a conton to calm thee down. For thou art angry because I broke thee cittern. I have come to take thee to thou office were I will show thee thou new cittern that I give thee. I've felt like a carl for what I've done to thee. I hope thou will forgive me.

Thou art fat as butter.
Since butter is made of fat this means the person is really fat.

When the writer says, "We never know the worth of water til the well is dry," he is saying people don't realize what they have until it's gone. This holds true in many ways. People don't realize the freedom we have in this country until they have seen another countries. If you lose something or someone you really loved, then you know what it was really worth.

Eight years ago I was sitting in a computer lab when one of the teachers rushed in and turned on the news. It showed two towers falling from a plane crashing into them. The following weeks I remember seeing the president on the news and hearing about a war starting. Years from now I think people will still remember this day just like we remember things like Pearl Harbor. The terrorist probably chose America because of our world power and influence. Since the U.S. is the most powerful country in the world. Personally I don't know anyone who was involved in any of the crashes, but if I was to write a story about 9/11 I would write from the point of view of someone in the crash.

Because of his arduous decision, he chose the wrong choice.

If it came down to a decision between keeping my moral values and keeping a friend I would probably have to keep my values. Values are something that can be taught but are the difference between right and wrong. Friends come and go but morals are something that you can keep forever. It's a difficult decision but if a friend is wrong then why would I want to be wrong too?
